BullBearDen (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a stock alerts and trading community hosted on Discord. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you join or interact with our community and related services. By accessing or using BullBearDen, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We may also collect non-identifiable data such as your IP address, device or browser type, and interaction data within Discord including messages and engagement. We do not collect brokerage account credentials or direct access to trading accounts.
We use your information to provide access to BullBearDen services, deliver stock alerts and community content, process payments and subscriptions, communicate updates and support, monitor and improve performance and security, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms (TCPA Consent Disclosure)
By providing your mobile phone number to BullBearDen (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Evolution Media LLC, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from us, including but not limited to stock alerts, market updates, account notifications, service-related messages, and promotional communications.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You agree that your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and may be revoked at any time.
Message frequency may vary depending on user activity, market conditions, and subscription level.
Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. BullBearDen is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe status.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
