By accessing or using BullBearDen, including the website, Discord community, newsletter, or SMS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Not financial advice
All content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Any decisions you make are at your own risk, and we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the information provided.
SMS communications
If you opt in to SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated messages including alerts, updates, and promotional content. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
Newsletter and SMS opt-in: what we collect
When you opt in to our newsletter or SMS list — through this website, a landing page, a signup form, a giveaway, or any other promotion — you consent to BullBearDen and Evolution Media LLC collecting and storing the information you submit and the record of your opt-in. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Your name or username, email address, and mobile phone number
- The date, time, IP address, and web page or form on which you opted in
- The exact consent language shown to you at the time you opted in
- Delivery and engagement data such as whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked, and whether you replied STOP or unsubscribed
We retain this record for as long as you remain subscribed, and afterwards for as long as reasonably necessary to evidence your consent, honor your opt-out, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.
Affiliates, sponsors, and partner communications
Some of our newsletters, SMS campaigns, landing pages, and promotions are produced on behalf of, or jointly with, affiliates, sponsors, advertisers, and marketing partners. Where a signup form or promotion discloses that your information will be shared with a named partner or a described category of partners, opting in constitutes your express consent for that party to contact you by email and/or SMS about their own products and services, including by automated means.
Those partners are separate businesses. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, and we are not responsible for their messaging practices, frequency, or content. Where required, each partner is responsible for obtaining and documenting its own consent from you.
You can withdraw consent for any sender at any time — reply STOP to that sender’s messages, or use the unsubscribe link in their emails. Opting out of one sender does not automatically opt you out of others, including us. To opt out of all BullBearDen messaging, reply STOP to any of our texts, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or email josh@bullbearden.com.
We do not sell or rent your mobile number to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where information is shared with an affiliate or sponsor, it is shared only as disclosed to you at the point of opt-in.
Third-party platforms
We may use third-party platforms (including Discord, Whop, and messaging or email providers) to deliver services and communications. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party platforms.
Sponsored content
We may include sponsored or paid content, which may involve compensation. Such content should be considered advertising.
Intellectual property
All content is owned by the publisher and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
